Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adformax, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, web development, branding, and creative services. As our services involve strategic planning, time, and dedicated resources, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
• Cancellation requests will only be effective after written confirmation from Adformax.
• If work has already started, cancellation charges may apply based on the work completed.
• Monthly marketing retainers can be cancelled before the next billing cycle by giving at least 15 days’ prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

• Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for digital marketing campaigns that have already been launched or executed.
• Website development, design, branding, SEO, and creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Advertising Budget

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or any other third-party advertising platform are non-refundable and are subject to the respective platform’s policies.

4. Project Delays

Adformax shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, approvals, account access, or other necessary information within the agreed timeline.

5. Service Termination

Adformax reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, violation of agreed terms, misuse of services, or unlawful activities. Any outstanding payments remain payable by the client.

6. Policy Updates

Adformax reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
